§ 150-2. Auctions and sales.

No person shall conduct or permit to take place on any private property in the village an auction, garage sale, tag sale or other sale unless there is full compliance with all the following requirements:

A.
The person conducting or permitting said sale shall be the owner of the premises in the village on which the sale is to be conducted or the legal representative of the premises' owner acting on his behalf.

B.
The sale is being conducted in conjunction with the owner's ultimate sale of his premises in the village.

C.
All articles displayed, offered for sale or sold were previously owned by the premises' owner and situated on the premises for at least one year preceding said sale.

D.
A permit is obtained from the Board of Trustees.
